  • 400g chicken breast
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 200ml cream
  • 100ml chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente in a large pot of salted boiling water.
  2. While the pasta cooks, cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes, season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer; gradually stir in cream until well mixed.
  6. Crumble in feta cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet; add drained pasta and toss everything together until well coated with sauce.
