300g pasta (your choice)
400g chicken breast
200g feta cheese
3 garlic cloves
1 onion
200ml cream
100ml chicken broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente in a large pot of salted boiling water.
While the pasta cooks, cut the chicken into bite-sized cubes, season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté the seasoned chicken until golden brown and cooked through; remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until soft.
