600 g potatoes
300 g broccoli
200 ml cream
100 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar or gouda)
2 tablespoons butter
1 onion
2 garlic cloves

Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them into even-sized pieces.
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then drain and rinse with cold water.
