500 g chicken breast fillet, sliced
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons mustard (medium or sweet)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon olive oil

250 g basmati or jasmine rice
500 ml water
Instructions
Rinse the rice until the water runs clear.
Boil water in a pot, add rice and salt, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes until cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes.
